Renewable Antioxidant for SBR NR NBR
Bio-based antioxidant of natural rubber and synthetic rubbers, which has the same protective effect as traditional Rubber Antioxidants, is ideal bio-based alternative to them.
Composition: 75% Kraft lignin, 25% Polymer & dispersant.
Use: Actmix Bioantiox R101/GS is a bio-based antioxidant whose main active ingredient is Ecolig101, an antioxidant extracted from eucalyptus. Because it contains a large number of phenolic hydroxyl groups, it can trap rubber macromolecular free radicals generated in the process of hot air aging of rubber, and improve the heat resistance of vulcanizate. It has the same protective effect as traditional fossil-based rubber antioxidants, and is an ideal bio-based alternative. Actmix Bioantiox R101/GS is a dust-free granule. The dispersion in rubber is obviously improved, and it is convenient to weigh and store.
Dosage: An equal amount of antioxidant RD or other phenolic antioxidant can be replaced in rubber, dosage: 0.5-2.0phr.
Application: High performance antioxidant for natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
