Rubber Deodorant LHRD

LHRD is a special fillers made by treating the selected siliceous which has a mono-pore structure with our special technology.

Appearance:

white powder.

Formaldehyde removal:

about 70% (QB/T2761-2006)

Application

This product has an unique structure which can capture, neutralize and absorb the irritant and terrible smell of

different chemicals and the harmful volatile residues, such as Benzene, Ammonia, Formaldehyde, Chlorine ,etc.

This product can reduce the VOC of the product dramatically. LHRD can remove the smell caused by the

additives or by the rubber itself. so it is also recommended to be added into the rubber products made by

reclaimed rubber. Due to the excellent compatibility with different kind of polymers, this product can be effective

for a long time in the polymers with very little dosage. LHRD is a heat-resistant product which can be used

under the condition of high temperature. LHRD also has some kind of function of lubrication and anti-adhesion

in rubber compound.

Usage

1. The paragraphs of rubber mixing process is A, B, we suggest that joining before layout of A (add steps,

rubber - material - packing material and oil - LHRD- layout)

2. Add during the process of mixing,together with sulfur if the mixing process is one-stage.

3. Avoid adding together with processing oil. Add during the final process of mixing

Dosage

Widely used in the seal, tyres, adhesive tape, rubber hose and other rubber products, dosage of 0.5%-1.0%
