Polymer-bound Nanometer zinc oxide

Active Zinc oxide(ZnO) is small particle size, uniformed distribution, large surface area and high activity, better dispersion in rubber and latex. Actmix ZnO-80 can improve the crosslinking density, optimize the physical properties, enhance tensile modulus and tensile strength and improve elongation at break of the vulcanizate.

It can replace traditional ZnO with less dosage.

APPLICATIONS: Various rubber products, improving static and dynamic mechanical properties.
