Actmix 950HDU/EVA

Function: Physical Foaming Agent for rubber, thermoplastic, etc.

Composition：65% thermo-expandable microspheres, 35% EVA carrier.

Appearance：Light yellow granules

Expansion start temperature: 138-148℃

Maximum expansion temperature: 188-200℃

Actmix 950HDU/EVA is a polymer-bound masterbatch with unexpanded thermoplastic microspheres and EVA carrier. After heating, its volume can rapidly expand to dozens of times the original volume. It is an excellent physical foaming agent suitable for thermoplastic plastics, rubber and other materials. Adding Actmix 950HDU/EVA to the product can achieve material weight reduction and endow it with excellent properties such as shock absorption, heat insulation and heat preservation, sound absorption and noise reduction, improved impact resistance and resilience. Actmix 950HDU/EVA has the advantages of stable performance, non-toxicity, odorlessness, non-flammability, no corrosion to molds, no staining to products, no dust flying, and easy dispersion. It is suitable for automatic weighing to ensure accurate weighing.

Dosage：Recommend dosage 2-5phr.

Application: Can be used for various thermoplastic products.

Packaging: N.W. 20kg carton lined with PE bag; N.W.480kg or 600kg/pallet.
