PROPERTIES:

DOTG can lead to a very slow start of vulcanization and relatively slow vulcanization rate. Combination with effective antioxidants is necessary due to serious vulcanizing reversion when DOTG is used alone. Combination with thiols, sulfenamides, thiurams and dithiocarba- mates can lead to synergistic and secondary accelerating effects: improvement of cross- linking density and vulcanization rate, excellent mechanical properties and anti-ageing perfor- mance of vulcanizates. Without blooming pheno -menon in the vulcanizates

DOSAGE:

For NR: 0.8-1.2phr with 2.5-4phr sulfur;

For SBR: 0.1-0.4phr with 1-1.5 thiols and 1.5-2.5phr sulfur;

For NBR: 0.05-0.4phr with 0.8-1.5 sulfenamides and 1.5-2.4 sulfur.

APPLICATIONS:

Rubber industrial products with larger cross sections and thick walls
