^Use:

Mode of action: Actmix IS-80G/NR is a pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent for natural rubber & diene-based synthetic rubber.Compared with ordinary Sulfur,  it is with excellent dispersion, non-blooming, not penetrate into the adjacent rubber layber. Suitable for various occasions requiring storage, gluing and interlayer bonding. After mixing, can be avoided sulfur migration or blooming, so as to maintain the storage safety of the rubber compound. Suggest to add Actmix IS-80G/NR before the end of mixing, and the temperature should not be too high.

Dosage: Depending on the products of use: 1-5phr

Application: Tires, conveyor belts, retreads, hoses, sealing rings, rubber rollers etc rubber parts.

Packaging: Carton lined PE bag, N.W.25kg/carton, N.W.750kg/pallet.

Storage:  Stored under dry and cool place with original packages.

Shelf-life: 12 months from date of production.
