PROPERTIES:

Actmix DIP-40GE is a Xanthate type and ultra-fast Rubber Accelerator. It is recommended to use with the accelerator ZBEC, TBzTD, MBTS, ZMBT, etc. For shoes material, it can make the product increase flexibility, improve brightness and reduce cost; It improves the curing speed, prevent scorching, mostly used in some railway parts, shoes materials, seals, hoses, belts, etc. Actmix DIP-40GE is dust-free, good dispersibility, easy for weighing and storage. 

DIP-40GE doesn’t contain aromatic ring and nitrogen elements, is a nitrosamine-free accelerator and it can be used in articles in contact with food. It can also function as a sulphur donor replacing DTDM, DPTT etc as a nitrosamine-free alternative.
