It is well soluble with many organic compounds. With excellent lubricity, moisturizing, dispersion, bonding agent, antistatic agent and softening agent, has good thermal stability at high temperature and low selection, good flow property, in the rubber industry is used as surfactant, lubricant, is an excellent packing and chemical glue, especially suitable for white carbon black and rubber dispersing agent, can improve the raw rubber and plastic, improve flow performance, improve the dispersion of white carbon black, and can increase the activity of curing agent; and has a certain influence on vulcanization characteristics.  

Composition: Selection of high molecular weight epoxy ethane condensation

Appearance: White flake, solid

Hydroxyl value (mg KOH/g): 27~30

Use Method: Mixed in the open-mill and mixer, recommend to feed in with the filler to avoid sticky roller. Also can be added by early of mixing, but feed slowly by several times to ensure that the cause can not fight the slippage roll, or will be difficulty to mixing.  

Dosage: Used for various molded or extrusion rubber pars. 2~5phr

Storage: Store in closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid exposure under direct sunlight.
