PROPERTIES:
Si69 bonding with highly dispersed filler such as silica, on the other side bonding with rubber, it has excellent properties of dynamic and static after vulcanization. Si69 significantly reduce the mixing viscosity and improve the abrasive resistance and modulus of rubber.
DOSAGE:
Mixing with reinforcing agent, 5-20% of silica, 1.0-2.0% of clay and mica.
APPLICATIONS:
Used in tires, shoe and drum, rubber hose, belt, V belt, etc.; In tires and other rubber products, used as wear-resisting agent and reinforcing agent.
