Complete vulcanizing package for Butyl rubber compound

Rubber Vulcanization Agent for IIR bladders, bags.

Composition：

Combination of thermo-reactive alkylphenol resin

with zinc oxide (70 %); elastomer binder (IIR) and

dispersing agent (30 %)

Use:

Actmix BCS-45/IIR is a complete cure package for the curing of Butyl compound.

It is a combination of thermo-reactive alkylphenol with zinc oxide uniformly pre

dispersed in Butyl rubber, has excellent dispersion in butyl rubber, ensures the best

activity of the vulcanization system. Butyl compound can get special heat aging

properties and better shelf life. Cure speed can be adjusted by the adding amount

of Halogenated polymers. In order to achieve good dispersion while avoiding

scorching, recommend to add Actmix BCS-45/IIR at the end of mixing, under

mixing temperature 110°C-130°C

Recommend dosage: 15-25phr for cross-linking 100phr of rubber.

Used for manufacturing bladders and curing bags based on IIR

Halogenated polymers (CR: 5-10 phr, CIIR: 10-15 phr) or metal halogens (approx. 2.5

phr) can activate crosslinking
