Predispersed Butyl Rubber Curing Agent Actmix BCS-55IIR

Butyl rubber complete vulcanizing package

Alkyl phenolic resin masterbatch for IIR curing

Excellent dispersion Butyl rubber bladders curing agent

Composition：

Combination of a thermo-reactive alkylphenol resin

with zinc oxide (70 %); elastomer binder (IIR) and

dispersing agents (30 %)

Use:

Actmix BCS-55/IIR is a complete vulcanizing package for the curing of Butyl elastomer.

Since the alkyl-phenol resin already contains chemically bonded halogen, no other

halogens(rubber) are required for the vulcanization reaction. Actmix BCS-55/IIR, the

alkyl-phenol resin and zinc oxide has pre-dispersed uniformly in Butyl rubber, so greatly

reduces or even eliminates the possibility that the resin will harden on the mixer walls.

Actmix BCS-55IIR has excellent dispersion in Butyl rubber, ensuring the best activity of

the vulcanization system.

Dosage：

Recommend dosage 15-25phr.

Application:

Used in tire curing bladder, butyl rubber parts, etc.
