USE: Actmix BAPP-50GA is a carboxyl type ACM vulcanizing agent, its main component is 2,2'-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy) phenyl]propane, and its cross-linking group amino is connected to the electron absorption benzene ring, compared with the commonly used curing agent (HMDC), 2,2'-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy) phenyl]propane has low activity of amino hydrogen atoms, can slow down the crosslinking speed, has better anti-scorching performance, and is more suitable for rapid extrusion and injection of rubber products. The preparation of the Pre-dispersed masterbatch is more convenient for weighing, storage and transportation, and improves its dispersibility in rubber.
